The Tories insist their hands are tied over the Yorkshire centre – but campaigners are begging the PM to block the plans in a last-ditch plea.
More than 300,000 people have urged David Cameron to halt a ‘shameful’ puppy breeding centre for medical tests.
The Tories prompted fury from animal rights campaigners by approving the centre ( www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/… ) in Grimston, East Yorkshire, which will have room for 200 beagles and 180 puppies …
