THOUSANDS watched live and millions more have watched on social media, as Segovia bullfighter Victor Barrio become the first professional matador this century to be gored to death.
In a horrifying graphic scene, a 550kg beast named Lorenzo speared the 29-year-old in the side, rammed him to the ground and gored open his chest during a tournament in the town of Teruel in Aragon, Eastern Spain.
He was carried unconscious from the ring and doctors fought in vain to resuscitate him. …
